Clinical Counselor
I help people begin. Sometimes in our lives we can feel like doing what we have always done just isn’t working anymore. Many things can cause this, loss, divorce, changes in job, empty nest, financial issues, as well as, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Getting started can be the biggest hurdle. I can help you begin.
Individual sessions are for adults
Initial sessions are $175 and run for 60 Min.
Each additional session is $135 and run for 50min
Insurance is billed as an out-of-network provider
Payment in full is accepted at the time of service
I help adolescents gain confidence while learning about themselves. I love teenagers and I understand how trying they can be to raise. Teens today suffer from depression and anxiety, bullying and unfair comparisons with others. Exploring the challenges of this complicated stage of development in the safety of counseling office can be beneficial.

I help couples get on the same page. Sometimes couples find themselves in place where they feel like they are not seeing eye to eye anymore. Sometimes a significant event has occurred like an affair, and sometimes years of focusing on the needs of kids and jobs just takes its toll on the relationship. Wherever you are in your relationship speaking to a trained professional can be helpful.

Dealing with Anger
Are the little things making you irritable? Do you feel that you hurt the people you love because of those angry outbursts? Anger is the outward sign of an inner hurt. Are you are tired of being angry? Try expressing yourself in a different way by learning a few coping skills. Jesus taught Peter how to deal with his anger, regret and hurt. It is possible with you, too!
Depression
Depression is the dark cloud that won’t go away. You feel sad. Those hobbies and people that brought you joy somehow don’t satisfy you any longer. They have not changed, but you have. You didn’t know it until your best friend asked, “Are you o.k.?” Even the spiritual heroes of the faith down! “Save me, God, for the waters have come up to my neck (Psalm 69:1). If you feel depressed, you don’t have to stay that way.
