Individual Counseling
Sometimes in our lives, we can feel like doing what we have always done just isn’t working anymore. Getting started on a new path can be the biggest hurdle. With individual counseling, beginning anew isn’t so scary.
Adolescent Counseling
Teens today suffer from depression and anxiety, bullying and unfair comparisons with others. Exploring the challenges of this complicated stage of development in the safety of counseling office can be beneficial.
Couples Counseling
I help couples get on the same page. Sometimes couples find themselves in place where they feel like they are not seeing eye to eye anymore. Wherever you are in your relationship speaking to a trained professional can be helpful.

Couples Counseling
Has your relationship turned into a a roommate situation? Do you feel both of you are growing apart? Have you stopped having meaningful communication about your hopes and dreams. There are skills and ways to name the barriers that keep you from feeling loved and loving again. Kurt becomes an temporary interpreter to assist in the relationship healing process..
Dealing with Anger
Are the little things making you irritable? Do you feel that you hurt the people you love because of those angry outbursts? Anger is the outward sign of an inner hurt. Are you are tired of being angry? Try expressing yourself in a different way by learning a few coping skills. Jesus taught Peter how to deal with his anger, regret and hurt. It is possible with you, too!
Depression
Depression is the dark cloud that won’t go away. You feel sad. Those hobbies and people that brought you joy somehow don’t satisfy you any longer. They have not changed, but you have. You didn’t know it until your best friend asked, “Are you o.k.?” Even the spiritual heroes of the faith down! “Save me, God, for the waters have come up to my neck (Psalm 69:1). If you feel depressed, you don’t have to stay that way.
“Keep going, your future self will be so proud”
Counseling can be just the encouragement you need to pursue your dreams
